We conduct psychiatric evaluation, which involves obtaining information from the patient, guardian, or caregiver or through other components of the evaluation, such as a review of medical records, physical exams, or diagnostic tests. Psychiatric evaluation is meant to collect sufficient data to support differential diagnosis and a comprehensive clinical formulation. We collaborate with the patient to develop an initial treatment plan that fosters treatment adherence and ensures patients’ safety and positive treatment outcomes. In creating a treatment plan, we determine if the individual can benefit from medications or therapy or a combination of both. It will also be used as a guide during sessions and follow-ups.
Our services are available through telehealth and in-person visits. If you have more questions, please send them to us or give us a call.
